Information, not medical advice
askadoc.ie tells you where you can get care in Ireland and what it costs. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and no GP has reviewed its answers yet. If you are worried about your health, see a pharmacist or a GP. If someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk, call 112 or 999.
We are not a clinic
We don’t provide care and we don’t book appointments. When you follow a link to a pharmacy, a GP, an online GP or a public service, your dealings are with them, under their own terms and privacy policy.
Facts can change
We check every fact at its source and show the date we checked it. Fees, hours and services change, so confirm them with the provider before you rely on them. Online GP fees come from each provider’s own website; no provider pays to be listed or to change the order.
Report an error
Email hello@askadoc.ie with the page and what’s wrong. We fix confirmed errors and update the checked date.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate, but we can’t promise it is complete or up to date. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Irish consumer law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute.
